Waitlist and survey
When you join the waitlist we process your email address along with the optional details you provide about your role, the services you're interested in and your region. The surveys do not ask for your name or email address; however, answers such as your city, age range and free-text comments may still be personal data, especially in combination. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. We use this data solely to tell waitlist members about the launch, plan our rollout and improve our offering. The data is stored in a MySQL database on the servers of our hosting provider, IONOS, in Germany. We keep it until the launch of OnIt or until you withdraw your consent, whichever comes first. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future using the contact details above. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
Hosting and server logs
This website and the database behind our forms are hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany, on servers located in Germany. IONOS acts as our processor under a data processing agreement (AV-Vertrag). According to IONOS, its Webhosting service records the requested page or file, referrer, browser and operating-system information, device type, access time and an IP address anonymised at collection for secure and stable operation and WebAnalytics; visitor data is retained for eight weeks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Fonts
This website loads the Inter typeface from our own server. No connection is made to Google Fonts or any other external provider, and no IP addresses are transmitted to third parties.
Cookies and tracking
The public website does not set cookies and does not embed third-party analytics or tracking tools. The founders-only research dashboard sets a strictly necessary session cookie to secure sign-in; it is not used to track public visitors. No optional cookies are currently used, so no cookie-consent banner is displayed.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Please use the contact details in the imprint.
